What we Do

Autonomous Animal Action (AAA) is a grassroots collective dedicated to the global struggle for multispecies emancipation. Our efforts fall under four categories. Our aim is to enrol people who can learn how to run community-based activities and take these actions to their own localities. Our actions include:

  1. Live Events: Participating in demonstrations and hosting stalls at festivals to raise awareness and engage the public.
  2. Education: We invite friends in our network to host accessible on and offline workshops on animal rights, decolonisation, artivism, accessibility and other topics that empower individuals to take action.
  3. Fundraisers: We organise fundraising events to support both human and non human members of our collective, as well as other likeminded groups and causes.
  4. The Spiderweb Zine: Our creative zine shares articles, artwork, poems and stories on animal rights and activism to inspire and educate our readers.

Through these actions, everyone at AAA works to foster a more compassionate, inclusive world for all beings.

Live Events

Taking action involves bringing people together to amplify voices, raise awareness, and drive change. Whether it’s attending demonstrations, partnering with other likeminded groups and organisations, volunteering, participating in festivals, or organizing joyful community gatherings, live events foster a sense of solidarity around important issues. We are a community that creates lasting connections so come and join us and start socialising in meaningful ways! Accessibility is important to us so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have particular access needs, or just want to share a bus to an event.
